Russell and Donna Stands Overbull are the senior leaders and co-founders of Arrow Creek International Ministries, bringing over 35 years of ministerial experience marked by a strong prophetic influence and a commitment to promoting godly success. Together, they have dedicated their lives to building bridges between diverse racial and social groups to foster unity and spiritual growth. Arrow Creek International Ministries, a family-based, multicultural ministry, is committed to reaching the lost and hurting with the love of God while providing discipleship and ministerial equipping. He and Donna, his wife of 43 years, have two children, Jeremy and Goldie, and maintain residence in Montana.

 

Russell Stands Overbull has a diverse background that spans both spiritual and professional realms. He has been a sought-after speaker at international Christian conferences, secular universities, and corporate events, reflecting his ability to connect with varied audiences. Russell also serves as a faculty member at a secular university and has worked for over a decade with the National Academy of Sciences in an advisory capacity to the United States Congress. Balancing his ministerial duties, he is a manager and subject matter expert in the energy industry. Russell holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Montana State University-Bozeman and both a Master’s and Ph.D. in geology from the Colorado School of Mines. 

 

Donna L. Stands Overbull is a dedicated educator and passionate advocate for Native American students, with over two decades of experience in education and community engagement. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Elementary Education from Montana State University-Billings and has worked across various educational settings, from primary to secondary education. Donna served as an Indian Education Focus School Specialist with Denver Public Schools, where she provided academic and cultural support to Native American students from kindergarten through high school. In this role, she developed cultural activities, acted as a liaison between families, schools, and communities, and advised students on post-secondary opportunities, fostering both academic and personal growth.Donna's dedication to bridging educational gaps and creating inclusive environments has consistently been at the forefront of her career. Beyond her professional work, she is known for her prophetic gifts, fervent intercession, and commitment to promoting holiness and purity within the church. A deeply spiritual individual, Donna expresses her creativity through making clothes and cooking and frequently travels to share God's love and truth. Her life and career are guided by a profound sense of purpose and a desire to uplift others through education, ministry, and community service.
